Have come to the conclusion that I'm not happy with the new Blogger/Google method of signing up - OpenID or no OpenID. So far my experience has been that there is no linkback to the commenter unless he/she has a Blogger/Google sign-in... and that link takes you to the profile page. Which isn't too bad if your main blog is a Blogger blog, but mine isn't.
If you're not sure what I'm talking about, have a look at the Blogger in Draft site.
I discovered I had an OpenID without even knowing... You might too. Have a look at this page.
If your commenters do not (or cannot) leave links to their blogs, it's possible you won't know where they came from - that's a problem I already have on my Blogigo blog.
And WHY is Blogigo still trotting merrily along today (the .de, .com, .cn, .at domains, at any rate), whereas the entire co.uk domain doesn't appear to be there? I hope it's just that it's getting moved to another server or something. I don't know what's happening - we never get any messages about it, or warnings. I would be calmer if I did know.
Feeling thoroughly peeved...
